Ashley was born two months early, weighing in at just over 3 pounds. Her time in ICU took a full month. It was announced to her parents on Christmas Day that she would have to undergo heart surgery. Her parents' prayers were answered Christmas Day when they went to the doctors and learned that Ashley's artery was shut. Ashley is not a patient of any kind of operation. Her stay in hospital lasted 2 months. She weighed 4 1/2 lbs after she returned home. Since her release, she's well-behaved! Her father's family is English as well as German. Her mother is Irish. In 2002, Ashley first made an appearance as a model in an ad in her Salon Surprise Barbie Doll. Ashley was then pursued by The Ford Modeling Agency at the age of 8. She was consistent in her work and is in the Agency. It was her love of acting since she was 10. Ashley started her acting career by doing 35 commercials and moved on into theatre roles. Ashley was able to find her calling. Ashley has dedicated her whole focus to the field of acting. Dance and modeling have been left behind. Ashley is well known for her portrayal of Hannah Marin in ABC's Pretty Little Liars. Ashley appeared in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo), and also in Solange's "True Love" music video. Britney Spears posed for her during a Vogue Magazine shoot. She stars in NLT's "That Girl".
